Our Internet site www.maison-heler.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), MH at Work may collect personal data from any person (hereinafter referred to as the "User") putting a question to MH at Work via the "Contact" section on the Site or making an on-line reservation at a Maison Heler establishment. Collection and processing of personal data sent by the user to MH at Work via the "Contact" section or when booking a stay on-line is subject to the provisions of Data Protection law no. 78-17 dated 6 January 1978 (amended).

III. MANAGING PERSONAL DATA
3.1 Purpose of collecting data
The collection of personal data enables MH at Work to:
- respond to messages sent by Site Users via the "Contact" section and provide them with information on MH at Work hotel, spa, bar and restaurant services;
- enable Users to make on-line reservations for Maison Heler hotels.
Mandatory information to respond to User requests, such as the name, first name, address, User email address, are indicated by an asterisk on the data entry forms. If fields containing an asterisk are not completed, MH at Work will not be able to process Users' requests.
3.2 Storage of personal data
MH at Work agrees only to use Users' personal data for the time necessary to complete the above-mentioned procedures, and no longer than a period of three (3) years from the date of the last operation requested by the User that required their personal data to be used.
3.3 Data recipients
MH at Work is the recipient of User's personal data.
MH at Work only sends User data to third-parties when:
- the User has given their prior agreement for MH at Work to share data with this third-party;
- MH at Work must share the data with this third-party to provide the service required by the User or respond to its request;
- MH at Work is ordered by a legal authority or any other competent administrative body to provide it with the data concerned.
3.4 Security and confidentiality of personal data
MH at Work has introduced cutting edge technical and structural security measures, particularly in respect of the security of its IT system.
